To keep your network up and running, Sonus Networks provides a complete
range of support products. Sonus also offers various programs for
24x7, 12x7 and 8x5 access to the Technical Assistance Center (TAC)
for telephone support, software maintenance and advanced exchange
for spare parts. In addition, Sonus’ web-based knowledge center
offers 24-hour access to a well-documented collection of information
including technical documentation, FAQs, support call history, technical
tips and Warnings, Bulletins and Alerts (WBAs).
